FAQ

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Where are you located?
    We are at 62 Ubi Rd 1, #06-02 Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore 408734. Our opening hours are 10am to 6pm, avoid 1-3pm, on weekdays excluding public holidays! :)
  • If I have an urgent lead-time for order completion, how do I let you know?
    Baby Butter Please drop us an email at hello@babybutter.com.sg, or let us know here with your order number, and insert your deadline so that we can try to help you. You should include your urgent deadline in your order remarks during checkout. In the case where it is not possible to complete on time, we will refund it back to you, during working hours. Do note that deadline should be given to us asap (within 24 hrs after ordering online) - if we have started on the order and you decided to drop us a tight deadline last minute which we are unable to hit, it is non-refundable as the order is already halfway in completion.

  • Gift Baskets / Gift Wrapping Services
    If your order hits $50, we will automatically pack into a giftbox for you. Should you require special gift basket wrapping, please inform us during order and we will follow through. <3 For orders under $50, if it is a gift for someone, please inform us so that we can specially giftwrap for you!
  • Baby Sizes
    Every baby is unique, please follow specific measurements/weight instead of recommended age - for a better fit. We do have a size chart in pictures that are tagged to the product, please refer to the weight and sizes for a better understanding. :)
  • Can I check on my order status?
    Sure! Please leave your contact and order number, and we will get back to you ASAP!
